For clarification, you have not been a customer of our agency for nearly a year. Your policy was non-renewed by State Farm due to your claim history; this was a company underwriting decision and not a decision made by our agency. "Josh- We sincerely apologize for the billing errors you experienced. You are correct that a glitch in our new billing system caused both the past due October payment and the current November payment to be processed earlier than expected. Once our office was made aware of this, we promptly refunded both the early November payment and the outstanding October amount. We also offered to pay any overdraft fees you may have incurred.
